WHAT IS SOFTWASH?
It is a much more affordable and faster alternative that we offer at HIDROSOLUTION to restore the original beauty of surfaces. The results not only improve the surface appearance but also elimanates the main problem due to conventional solutions to attack bacteria, mold, fungi, and other agents often not the ultimate solution.
Due to Costa Rica’s tropical climate provides the perfect environment for these organisms to thrive, not to mention the everyday dirt and debris that accumulates, often causes allergies, especially those related to respiratory issues.
Another problem associated with these organisms is the damage they cause to surfaces, which can lead to costly repairs and significantly reduce the utility of the affected areas.
The reason why the Softwash® Technology we offer is more effective than other cleaning methods, is that dirt is often caused by those living organisms than by common surface stains and dirt.
Softwash® Technology is based on a chemical solution applied at low pressure, which does not damage surfaces like high-pressure washing can—high-pressure techniques often deteriorate paint or even concrete in more severe cases.

HOW IS IT APPLIED?
The application is quick and simple. An electric pump is used to apply the chemical solution to the surface, where it is left to sit for a few minutes before rinsing. This allows the formula to enter the surface and eliminate organisms that grow in humid areas, such as bacteria, mold, fungi, algae, or any other agent that promotes constant dirtyness.
The surfaces experience no damage. Additionally, Softwash® Technology is applied following international protocols and standards that guarantee high-quality results and reliability.
